Centerless Grinding Machine is used for precision Grinding & machining of cylindrical parts without the need for a center point for support. The Work Piece is held between between two grinding wheels. In Centerless Grinder Machines, grinding wheel do the machining whereas the regulating wheel only applies external pressure for proper grinding & provides linear feed to the workpiece. Centerless Grinding Machine Bed is made of high tensile strength cast iron, heavily ribbed for better vibration damping and shock absorption. Regulating wheel spindle is mounted on super precision antifriction bearings for higher rigidity with automatic separate lubrication system for grinding wheel head spindle.
